Hello and welcome to HCM,
Chest and stomach ache (upper abdomen) pain can be due to gastritis.
Difficulty in breathing suggests a respiratory cause but since respiratory specialist has already ruled out asthma and other respiratory problems, other possibilities have to be ruled out.
Gastritis can cause pain in chest and other parts of upper abdomen.
Pain can also be due to involvement of musculoskeletal disorders.
Is this associated history of burning sensation especially after having food?
Are the symptoms more pronounced after taking fatty and heavy meals?
If these symptoms are present, then probably there is some gastric problem.
In that case I suggest you to consult a gastroenterologist for further investigations and management.

Thanks and take care
