What Causes Frequent Itching In My Palms?

Hi I am 30 years old, My weight is 80 and I am 6 feet tall. I frequently have severe itching in my palms. The itch is not on the skin or below the skin, its in the flesh. Its so severe that it makes me feel like chopping my hand off. I always take a Betnosal Forte 1 MG tablet which relieves me from the itch. Just one tablet helps me. After I take this tablet I am fine for about 3-4 days after which my palms start itching again. Can you please let me know why am I having this. Is it ok for me to take Betnosal Forte whenever I get this itch (Like a S.O.S). I am having this problem from nerly 6 Years. I smoke about 20 ciggarates every day and work in the nigh shifts. I am married and have a daughter. I have a lot of psycological strees due to work and home. Can you please help me??

I really appreciate your concern and from the history given here I could say that itching of palm is very common complain seen but here in your case two factor that you have stated here one is smoking and another is your stress level, in my opinion these could be likely cause of this itching of your palm, in medicine you can try Tab Hydroxyzine 10 mg three times in day. take care and have a nice day.
