What Causes Frequent Hunger?

Hi, I was instructed by my doctor to use VINLEP 300MG (twice a day) for epilepsy.
and I have been doing so for the past 4 years and two days back it trgrd again.
So i was asked to take torleva XR 500 mg(after dinner) in addition to VINLEP 300MG.

Since then am feeling hunger very often even in the midnight, though I had stomach full.
