ENT Specialist 's  Response
Hi,

Welcome to HCM,

I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.

As per your clinical details, it appears to be Eustachian tube dysfunction (tube connecting the middle ear nose).

It happens with cold, flu, sinusitis or severe cough.

You require otoscopy and audiometry to rule out the cause. kindly visit an ent surgeon.

Wishing you good health.
