What Causes Frequent Headaches Along With Vomiting?
Hi, My wife is suffering with frequent headache especially in the morning..later on it is getting better..sometime vomiting comes along with headache..she is having eye sight power problem..I hope if the headache is due to power it should remain the whole day..i doubt this might be due to pitham..pls guide us

Most of the headache does not have any specific reason some time this may be due to some emotional stress, some time this could be due to hyperacidity. On tentative basis this can be managed with Tab Omeprazole 40 mg with Tab Domperidone 30 mg once in day, for headache Tab Acetaminophen can be tried.
