What Causes Frequent Fever In A Toddler?

Hi Doctor, My nice is 5 years old and she is getting fever every month twice and more than that. According to our physician we tested her blood, stool, urine but there is nothing wrong found. We really don t understand what happen to her and why is getting recurrent fever. Could you please what should we do? Thanks.
