What causes frequent dehydration?

I am an RN 53 yr old male, have had some discomfort voiding, only in beginning, some urge at times but not daily, recent orange/redish like sand crystals discharge after voiding, i drink alot of diet tea, become dehydrated often form not enough h2o intake, and follow a high protein bodybuilding diet for most of the yr. Protenuria? I do know to increase PO intake and have begun to do so. I drink grapefruit juice 2x daily also which is high in acid. Would the combination be accountable for this. I can stop the tea, use it a diuretic for most part and fat burner. Was taking fat burner herbal pills in May and June on diet for a bodybuilding show. thanks

You really need to change the diet and I would suggest you to have complete balance diet and in that better to includes the more vegetables and fibers drink more water better to avoid commercially available food product which are mainly used for body building in form of different protein these are not good for health.

Do not exert the force at the time of defecation, color and consistency of fecal material is depends upon what you eat, and it may not be due to any disease unless have some specific symptoms till then it is nothing to worry.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
