What causes frequent burping and chest pain?

i have been serious problem im 16 years old already and its really hard for me to breath and i even burp a lot and and got some chest pain also my back hurt and its like that its stock im sorry i cant explain it,, and i feel tired and when i vomit sometimes it taste ,, very sour or something lke that .. and i cant eat well sometimes. cause of shortness of breath.. and sometimes if its worst i even got panic and my hand its like getting collapsed or i cant really explain most often my hands somewhat like hardens and if it worsen i cant move my hands.. they say i hyper ventilate? is that a right termmm.... doctor please help me cause i want to be cured and i need to go to school to study but because of this i got to absent and im afraid please help
