General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello

As per your history, it may be irritable bowel syndrome. Let me know whether do you have blood in stool, abdominal pain? You may require Colonoscopy after gastroenterologist consultation. Try to avoid spicy and hot foods. Take soft diet and curd in diet. Drink lot of fluids. Take hygienic diet.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care.

Regards
