What Causes Frequent Bowel Movements And Lower Abdominal Pains?

Hi, I was at my doctor last week as I had frequent bowel movements, lower abdominal pains, feeling nauseous, light headed and some light bleeding from my anus. He said that he thought that I had piles or IBS, but I pointed out that I had no pain in my anus and didn t have diarrhoea or constipation. But he gave me IBS medication anyway. The light headedness and nausea is getting worse I m retching a lot and only been sick a few times. My stomach feels very bloated and the pains are still in my lower abdomen at the front. I m also starting to get headaches. A few of the women from work have said they think I may be pregnant. I have the contraceptive implant so I didn t think I could get pregnant. What I really want to know, could I be?

HI
Well come to HCM
The symptoms given here are suggestive of gastritis with hyperacidity and these could be trigger with the functional elements, if I would be treating doctor, then I would treat this case with Tab Omeprazole 40 mg once in day, Tab Domperidone 30 mg once in day, Tab Chlordiazepoxide three times in day, Tab Metronidazole 400 mg twice in day, hope this information helps.
I find this answer helpful
