What causes frequent bowel movement, tiredness and electric shocks in head?

going to the toilet all the time with occasional leaking, feeling tired and heavy especially in legs, electric shocks in head when drifting off to sleep, tiny amount of pain in neck, electric shocks in fingers when i'm tired and its cold and im reaching for something?

I really appreciate your concern, fibromyalgia could be the reason and for frequent passing of stool could be protozoa infection and for that I would suggest to try Tab Metronidazole 400 mg twice in day for five days, for fibromyalgia Gabapentine can be tried hope this information helps.
