What Causes Frequent Blinking Of The Eyes By A 9 Year Old?

My 9 year old has been exaggerated blinking for a couple of months, sometimes she closes 1eye then the other . I noticed she even does it in her sleep , she has had an eye test and everything is normal and does not have any other health issues ?? Is this just a tic and should I just ignore it ?
