What Causes Frequent Bleeding From One Side Of Left Nostril?

hello,my name id lisa i'm a 37yr old female. i've been getting frequent nose bleeds for the past couple of months if i blow my nose, i do it very gently or just wipe but it still bleeds and its only from one side the left nostril.Also when i go to the bathroom the pressure makes me have a nose bleed. should i be worried?

Hi,
It seems that you might be having chronic congestion in nose and crust formation might giving rise bleeding due to removing crusts.
Do not remove crusts from nose and give some time for healing soreness in the nose.
Go for blood pressure checking, many a time acute rise in BP may give rise to bleeding from nose.
