What Causes Frequent Bleeding From Nose?

My mother, age 89, suffers frequent nose bleeds. She needs to be on aspirin due to blood pressure / artery issues, which exacerbates the issue. She is under the care of her general doctor as well as a ENT specialist. She had surgery last year to bypass a blood vessel in the nose, but it hasn't significantly reduced the nose bleeds. She uses saline mist and a humidifier. Is this common? Any ideas on prevention or procedures that would benefit minimizing nosebleeds. It's very frustrating to here, which increases her level of anxiety.

Hi,
This problem might be due to high blood pressure or bleeding tendency developed with taking blood thinner medicines like aspirin.
Go for regular blood pressure checking.
Put some decongestant nasal drops like Otrivin after taking advice from cardiologist.
Go for checking INR for bleeding, clotting time.
Ok and take care.
