What Causes Frequent Aches, Joint Pain And Depression?

I have cyclical symptoms, come and go maybe a month at a time. The rest of the time I feel great. Symptoms are achiness-neck and shoulders, extreme tiredness from afternoon till about 7-pm, then I sometimes get a burst of energy, sore joints-mostly knees, tight hands, some depression, neck headaches. I also have IBS-mild, and restless legs intermittantly, not at same time as the above episodes. Sometimes my lower arms also feel electric with some occasional twitching. It all started after birth of my third child 5 years ago.
