I understand your concern. Please don not worry as a complete tear in frenulum is unlikely to cause any significant problems in the future with your sex life if it heals well.
However if it has torn only partially and causes recurrent bleeding during sex or if significant tenderness develops at site of the tear after few months then you might need to get it sorted out with a urologist by a minor surgery.
