General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

I read carefully your query and understand your concern.

Your symptoms seem to be related to arthritis.
Arthritis may cause inflammation and freezing of the joints.
I suggest using anti inflammatory medications such as Acetaminophen to relieve the pain.
I also suggest using anti inflammatory cream such as Voltaren cream for local application.

Hope my answer was helpful.

If you have further queries feel free to contact me again.

Kind regards!
