Hi, I had gone through your question and understand your concerns. I dont think that spironolactone is associated with your symptoms and this is probably just a coincidence. Your symptoms are sign of bacterial vaginosis. This is Bacterial vaginosis is a mild infection of the vagina ccaused by bacteria. Thisis usually easily treated with Metronidasol antibiotic or vaginaletes. Less, common this is sign of STD and in this case std testing should be done,but I dont think that this is required. It would be good to avoid sexual intercourse till symptoms persist. Spironolactone should be continued if you ask me since this is not side effect of this medication. Hope this answers your question.
