What Causes Foul Smelling Urine, Lethargy And Spot In Vision?

Okay, so... My pee smells quite off...almost fishy. If it helps I ve had countless UTI s during the last six years or so and I m very overweight. I have always been. I m quite low on energy even with vitamins. I have headaches and see weird green/yellow spots In my vision at times. I don t know what s happening. What s wrong with me? How do I get rid of this?

Hi, dear
I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern.
You have history of recurrent urinary tract infection so you should check your urine for routine and microscopic examination. You should also check you blood sugar level. Because diabetes is the most common cause of recurrent UTI. For vision you should consult ophthalmologist and go for fundoscopy and other examination. Consult your doctor and take treatment accordingly.
Hope I have answered your question. If you have any doubts then feel free to ask me. I will be happy to answer.
Thanks for using health care magic. Wish you a very good health.
