What Causes Foul Smelling Sweat?

My sweat has a very strange odor. At first it smelled like bleach but now it has a very strange smell that I just can t put my finger on. It s under my arms and along my bra line. This has been going on for nearly a year. I m starting to get concerned. I use deodorant but I still have that smell.

You have problem of smelly sweat that may be because of any medical conditions. More sweating occur in hypothyroidism case.

In diabetes fruity odour of sweat present.
More obese person have also bad odour sweat problem. Kidney or liver problem may cause this type of problems.
Apocrine gland may cause more odour sweat.
More sweating time and consistency is helpful for further diagnosis.
Consent a physician for further diagnosis.
Proper history helpful for diagnose.
