What Causes Food Poisoning?

Hi, I had my gallbladder removed three months ago. It was functioning a 0%. I did have mexican food this afternoon. I have been throwing up. What is the cause. I have had mexican food since surgery with no problem but tonight I keep throwing up. Not a lot just small bouts.

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, if this is the food allergy then it could be the cause of vomiting, apart from this it could be infection in either of this case no need to have any medicine in mild type of symptoms it can only be managed or given medicine when symptoms are sever then Ondansetron injection can be tried, and hope this information helps.
