What Causes Fluttering Sensation In The Lower Abdomen?

I feel a fluttering in my lower belly. I've had abdominal muscle spasms so I know what they feel like. This is different. It's not painful, just distracting. i was told years ago that I have fibroids, but they never bother me. Do fibroids flutter? Oh, and I just finished 2 rounds of antibiotics for a urinary tract infection but still have urgent urination and pressure in my uterus/vaginal area, but not the uretha. ? ? ? ?
