What Causes Fluttering Sensation In The Head?
I have a fluttering sensation on the very top of my head. Sometimes it tingles. Sometimes I have a sensation that roll from the top of my head to the back of my head that makes my eyes roll to the back of my head. It s a very quick sensation that s makes my eyes roll to the back of my head. I don t know if I m explaining it right.

The fluttering sensation of head sound to be a non-specific issue from sudden spin or another movement of the head.
If persistent for a period beyond 24 hours, should take an opinion of your PCP.
