What Causes Fluttering Sensation In The Chest?
Off and on for a while now, I have been getting heart flutters. There is no pain. Sometimes it feels like a big air bubble that I can feel go all the way to my head. It goes away as fast as it comes on. I have told my Doctor about this and she says its nothing to worry about.

I need to know your blood pressure first..
So check your blood pressure
Now it can be physiological as per history but to be on safe side investigate with simple EKG investigation for that
If blood pressure high then low salt diet recommended and antihypertensive medication can be prescribed
