What Causes Fluttering In Chest Radiating To Neck?
I was having my usual fluttering in my chest; but it went from my mid chest, center to my low neck. Then immediately following that sensation from my arm pits to the top of my head I felt sort of numb & as if I was going to black out. I didn t see points of light or have any other symptoms at that time. It lasted around 15 seconds it seemed. After that for about an hour I had off balance type feelings. What could this mean?

From the details you have given, my advice is to have a cardiac check up by ECG and ECHO. If that is normal, then it is non significant.
