What Causes Fluttering And Feeling Of Tightening Around The Windpipe?

I keep getting fluttering, i think it's in my windpipe, almost feels like it's tightening a bit and feel like I have to cough - especially if I talk a lot or laugh. A couple months ago, thought it was bronchitis, took antibiotics, and it went away. But it came back a few weeks ago. Went to the dr again, she didn't think it was an infection, but she gave me singular and advair and it seemed better for a few days but today it is worse. Seems to come on more when it is cold or when I excericise, but it doesn't always happen when i exercise

You might be having bronchospasm secondary to exposure to cold.Inhalers may be helpful to you during an attack.
