What Causes Flushed Face, Joint Aches, Fatigue, Insomnia, Pain While Breathing?

For many months now I have been having the following symptoms on a regular basis (more than 3xW)...aching joints, flushed face (bridge of nose and cheeks), extreme fatigue, insomnia, occasional pain in (L) side when breathing, inability to concentrate or what appears to be "brain fog". what is going on with me?

There is a possibility that you could be having Lupus , as the symptoms you have given but it requires physical examination and testing for the same.
