What Causes Fluid In The Ears?
My ear has had fluid in it for a while but lately it feels like something moving around in it . It don t hurt but if I press it hard enough it does a little. Once there was a loud sound in that ear. Loud enough it scared me. This happened about the time the feeling of movement started.

If there is ear discharge associated with foul smell it is due to AOM infection. If there are not these symptoms, usually, it is normal. If it persists more than a week consult your ENT doctor.
