What Causes Fluid In The Ears And Nasal Congestion?

ok so this is a long one, but it all started about three months ago. I felt kinda sick one day like i was comming down with the flu or something and i started feeling sorda swimmyheaded. I just ignored it for like 2 weeks and finally got sick of it so i went to the dr and they looked into my ears and said i had fluid on one of my ears and that i have alot of nasal congestion. He gave me antihistamines and told me to take them and that was it ( i cannot take decongestants because they make my heart race.) Anyways well I continuned with the meds and just kept getting worse, a week and a half later went to another dr my real famly dr and she did a xray of sinus and a tanpanagram and bloodwork. Well turns out I had a sinus infection and infalmation not a bad one but it was there and I had fluid on one of my ears and bloodwork also showed anemia which my dr said was due to heavy periods which i have had since my son which he was 15 mo old at the time. She told me all those things combined would most certinally cause swimmyheadedness and dizziness. which the dizziness i should explaine isnt the room spinning really as much as it is the feeling of me being in water or on a boat or something. at times i feel lightheaded but the spinning feels like its more inside my head or something. Anyway I took antibiotics and claratin and iron and the blood level for anemia raised from a 4 to a 36 in 4 weeks but i still felt the dizziness. and this is a constant dizziness. no break but does seem alittle better like when im driving. I went bk after another two weeks and she did another xray and another tanpanagram and no fluid and the infection looked better she said no more infection just inflamation. Well she told me try claratin again because i would take it for a week then stop it then take it and stop it and anyways i took it for two weeks and i couldnt take it no more i finally on a sunday went to the er and they did a ct scan. The ct scan showed something abnormal which the er dr didnt explaine very well just said that i needed a mri and a mra! And that i still had inflamation in my sinus. Well I then went to my family dr and she had me get a mri without contrast and they said they found a bunch of tiny cyst on one side of my brain. Well she told me that that was just a coincidence that they found that and it had absolutly nothing to do with the dizziness! She said that the dizziness was my sinus and allergies and we live in southern indiana and we have horriablly wierd cold then hot then cold then rainy weather. She insist that it is the weather. Also told me to get another mri in 3 months to make sure they dont change or anthing. She told me i could see a neurologist if i want to before the three months if that would make me feel better because i have severe anxiety. Well I decided to see him and he ordered another mri right then and there this time with contrast and also wanted a bunch of more test like eeg and brain stem and optical nerve test and they also put this thing on my wrist and anckle that made my fingers and toes twitch. Anyways I seen him two weeks later and he said that the spots on my brain didnt light up and they were not cyst they were like the size of a pen dot and that they have been there for at least three or four years if not back from when i was a kid they were benign. no tumors no strokes or bleeds or anything. He also did a very thourough exam right there in the office at my appt. I passed all of those test and passed all those other ones too. He said i didnt need another mri or anymore test because those spots were nothing and they had nothing to do with my dizziness. He said that he believes that my dizziness is caused by a virus that attacked my inner ear and that sometimes they can leave you dizzy for two weeks or six months but the dizziness and swimmy headedness had absolutly nothing to do with neourologically. Anyways I am asking about it now because It has gotten so much worse over the past week. We are getting ready to have another cold front come through tonight this is the second one in a week and a half. It was 80 degrees today and only suppost to be like 60 tomorrow. Could this all be the weather and my anxiety? Is my family dr and the neurologist i seen right about my sinus and ear and stuff? I am just so sick and tired of this and worried too. Thanks for your time.
