General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

I am sorry for the health situation your daughter is in.

The presence of fluids in her pelvic area is due to possible infection of her internal genital organs (beginning from ovaries).

I need to have more information regarding her:
- medical history
- current complaints
- medications used so far
- blood and other tests reports

However, problems with her liver and blood vessels should be also ruled out.
Discuss this further with her doctor!

Hope it was of help!
