What Causes Fluid Filled Bumps Under The Feet Skin?

On the bottom of my husbands feet under the skin are pockets of fluid and sometimes hard like a marble size bumps, he said to touch them they hurt like on fire, also feels like he has marbles in his shoes when walking very difficult. Not sure what this is caused by or what type of doctor to go too?

Well come to HCM
Chances of cold abscess need to be ruled out here the chronicity would be matter if this is there since long time then this could be nonspecific cyst, unless investigated, may be some bony lesion in short this need to be investigated, hope this information helps, take care.
