What Causes Fluid Filled Blisters On The Vulva?

Hi I have recently (about three weeks ago) found what seems to be a clear fluid filled bump(about the size of a pea) on my vulva. I have been with my husband for over 10 years and this hasn t happened before. I pinched the bump at the base and it popped easily and seemed to regress and not come back. I have been training for a triathlon. I am not sure if it is related. I have found another couple on the same side just today. These are smaller and one was able to pop, but the other is too small. Any suggestions?

Thank you for contact to HCM. It seems you have herpes labialis. I suggest-
1.Consult your gynaecologist and get examined for viruses.
2.Take acyclovir 400mg 1 tablet 2 times 5 days
3.For local therapy-apply to the affected area acyclovir ointment twice a day. Rub oiintment gently into inner surrounding skin also. After applying ointment wash your hands to avoid spreading the infection to other areas and people.
Hope this may help you. Let me know if anything not clear
Best regards!
