I have a small pea size fluid filled sac right in the center of the roof of my mouth, sometimes it hurts sometimes it doesn't. Most people i have talked to or things i have read on the internet suggest this will go away in a week or so. I am 32 year old male 5'9" 200 and have been very healthy for the majority of my life.
