What Causes Fluctuations In BP With Dizziness?

My bp was 100/70 yesterday at the dr s office pulse was either 74 or 84 just came from a Swedish massage stopped at Starbucks & CVS on way home got a little dizzy when bent down looking at vitamins so took my bp in CVS it said 134/84 with pulse rate of 115 is this something I should be worried about sine was low before or just from the caramel iced coffee/caffeine & walking around the store? I m normally on the low/normal range & am just wondering what I should do?

your all readings are normal..
the fast heart rate(115) can be because of anxiety what u felt because of yr giddiness...

Ard u suffering from diabetes??
Have u ever checked yr blood sugar??
If not then get it checked..
