What Causes Fluctuations In BP And Heart Rate?

Hello Doctor! good morning! my name is Odhette. Last Nov. 2, 2016, my bp was 108/75. But this morning, 6:00 am, well, i was sort of rushing, my bp was 143/93 and my pulse rate was 132. What should i do? I don t like to take medicine. This also happened in mid nov.. my bp was 145/85, 145/90.. please help me. Thank you

hello dear...... Liking medications is not an option here. your body needs medication as the rising bp and heart rate means that your heart is doing more and more work that it should not do. If you continue to skip your medications your heart might start giving up and in no time you might start having heart issues and heart attacks too. So when you are still in d stage of preventing the coming issues i suggest you should.
further more i suggest you to lower your salt intake, start taking a healthy diet, lower down the oil intake, start going for small walks but don't run. you can start doing yoga and meditations. This might reduce your hypertension and may be after some time there would not be any need to take medications. But right now you need to take meds for your own good.
