What Causes Fluctuating Body Temperature?

my wife has been having temperature fluctuations for the past 2 days, slightly below normal to 103.3. Normal tends to be in the morning and late afternoon through evening spikes to 103. Also feeling no energy and not going to the bathroom much despite drinking a lot of liquids..

Hello dear. Welcome to Healthcaremagic. I read your query and I understand your concern. I think she is having a common cold. Still is the begging so keep in observation. Drink a lot of fluids and take paracetamol. Keep warm and hydrated. Take care.
