What Causes Fluctuating Blood Sugar Levels?

I was told by my doctor to take my blood pressure medication in the morning...that is usually when my pressure is at it s highest between 3 and 10 a.m. It gets really low in the evening...is this normal I feel really weak around 5p.m. and pressure is very low.

Hello

What kind of medication are you using? How is your heart rate? Maybe you can adjust the
dosage morning and evening. Or decrease the dosage you are taking .
