General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,
In my opinion fluctuations in blood pressures may be due to cardiac arrhythmia - fast and irregular heart beats.
A Holter test may be done.
Secondly the swollen lymph nodes should be examined for chronic infection and malignancy.
It is advisable to go to ER in view of your fluctuating blood pressures.
