What Causes Fluctuating TSH Levels?

Hello doctor, i have hypothyroid since 7years, it keeps on fluctuating, sometimes low and sometimes high. I have problem in reducing weight, please guide me also i wanted to know when should i take thyroid medicine as some one told me to take in midnight around 3am.....

First make sure that you are taking the correct foes of antithyroid medication based on your t3 and tsh levels. Secondly it has to be taken empty stomach in the morning. no need to get up at 3 am to take it. just take it first thing in the morning after you get up
