I have had a fishy smell for a few months now especially after sex I was checked for diseases and infections and everything was fine...now I just had a really heavy long period a week ago and now the smell is worse like a big fart with a brownish discharge and im having some cramping

Fishy odour is a characteristic of bacterial vaginosis which happens from the changes of vaginal pH. If you were my patient I would recommend you Metronidazol to use it with your partner and to not have intercourse during the treatment. I am sure you would be fine with that.
