What Causes Fibromyalgia And Severe Migraine Headaches?

Hi, I have a spouse who suffers from many conditiions. He has fibromylagia, sever migrane headaches from a car accident in which he was hit by a drunk driver while stopped at a red light and was pushed into another car in front of him and hit his head on the windshield and since suffers sever migrane headaches since at least 5 times a week and has to take emitrix injections to ease the pain as he cannot get out of bed. He also had 17 inches of his intenistines removed due to divoticulitis and then a year later had a stomach ulcer and had part of his stomach removed. He also suffers ADD and has been seeing a pharmopsycogolist and pain manangement doctor for the past 15 years. Unfortunately his dr is ill now and he is worried about finding another physician who will treat him whit the same medication he is on. He takes larger dosages than the normal person since he does not obsorbe the medication due to his lost of his intestines. Do you know any physician who would be able to treat him and understand his obsortion problem and his need for higher dosage of medication?
