What Causes Fevers And Headaches With Rapid Breathing?
My son is almost 10 and has had dizziness & a headache for 2 days, last night fever started- runs between 102 & 103< along with rapid breathing. Is controlled with tylenol. Took him to urgent care, strep negative & chest xray negative for pneumonia. Sent him home with no medicine & no diagnosis. Any suggestions??

Hi,
I would suggest you to add Syrp. Ibugesic plus along with Tylenol if temperature is high. Since the investigations are normal , as of now no need to worry. In the mean time give plenty of fluids. The kid requires complete rest.
This scenario goes in favour of a viral fever, so have patience for next two days.
