What Causes Fever?

My 2 year old daughter kept telling me yesterday she was tired. She played for awhile and ate dinner..she fell asleep around 8:30 and woke up around midnoght screaming. She felt really hot. Her temp was 102.5. Before she fell asleep she complained her belly hurt. I gave her tylenol and she had a very hard time going back to sleep. What do I do?

Hallo . Thank you for asking this question . Symptoms suggestive of gastroenteritis . Tylenol is good for fever and also as a mild pain killer . You can repeat 6 hourly if require .
