What Causes Fever With Shivering, Headache, Bone Pain And Nausea?

Hi,
For almost 2 weeks now I've been experiencing the following symptoms:
fever usually around 101F
shivers
terrible headache
pain in my bones
nausea
weak and sleepy
At the hospital I had lab tests done for tick borne disease and for kidney infection and they both came negative. I still have no diagnose, but I know I deffinately have some infection.
I'll greatly appreciate your opinion on this matter. Thank you very much!

Hello
Welcome to HCM
Thanks for posting your query. I understand your concerns. Your symptoms are suggesting that you are viral fever. But if you are coming from the endemic area for malaria, you need to check it ou tfor malaria.

Chikungunya and dengue fever should also be ruled out.
Thank you
