Pediatrician 's  Response
Hi, temperature at hands and feet is not reliable because these are exposed parts and due to cold air or washing hands can lower the temperature. Temperature at arm pit or mouth are reliable. Since, child has fever for two days, he needs to be investigated and tests like cbc, malarial antigen test should be done. Further treatment will depend on above reports. I hope this will help you. Take care.
