What Causes Fever, Weakness, Tiredness, Spit And Neck Pain?
Hi I have been feeling fever for up to two weeks now though I dont feel headache but I feel week and tired sometimes and I spit too much and I experince small pain at my right side of the neck and I have taken some antibiotics but the spit wont go away.

I really appreciate your concern, the chances of viral fever is very likely and this can be managed with Tab Acetaminophen 500 mg three times in day, and this is nothing to worry every thing would be fine soon, take care.
