What Causes Fever, Vomiting With Stomach And Leg Pain?

Hello I HAVE A SEVEN YEAR OLD DAUGHTER AND SINCE ABOUT MONDAY SHE WAS COMPLAINING ABOUT HER STOMACH HURTING, WELL SHE WAS FINE THO AND AS THE WEEK WENT ON SHE WAS STILL COMPLAINING BUT WAS STILL EATING AND GOING TO SCHOOL. BUT BY FRIDAY SHE VOMITED AND HAD A MILD FEVER, AND DIDN T EAT MUCH. BY SAT. SHE WAS 103. FEVER AND VOMITING AND SAID HER STOMACH HURT AND HER LEGS HURT. BY SUN. SHE WAS A BIT BETTER ATE A SMALL BREAKFAST AND LUNCH BUT NOT MUCH DINNER. MILD FEVER OF 99.8 BUT STILL SAYING HER STOMACH WAS STILL HURTING. MON. SHE IS BACK UP IN FEVER 101.2 AND STILL SAYING SHE IS STILL IN PAIN IN HER STOMACH I AM TAKING HER TO HER DOCTORS TODAY SO HOPING IT S JUST A FLU

Hello,
Welcome to the HCM.
Dear these symptoms could be because of parasitical infection.I would suggest get stool test done.And you may also give her syp albendazole 10 ml and make her avoid eating outside.Also some time at this age anxiety in children can cause on and off stomach ache.But since it is associated with fever,I would suggest get a stool test and C.B.C done to rule out any infection.
