What Causes Fever, Vomiting And Upper Abdominal Pain?
Hello, My daughter is 15 and had a fever of 100.7 on Tuesday of last week and has not been feeling well. This morning she has nausea, vomitted a small about. Also complains of epigastric pain and chest pain. Hr 108 resp. 24. When I asked her to point to where it hurts the most she points to just below her breasts.

Your daughter has fever, vomiting. You might have given fever medicine like paracetamol. So most probably she is having epigastric pain which might be due to medicine or vomiting or stomach infection. Please consult your pediatrician for evaluation.
