What Causes Fever, Vomiting And Diarrhea In A Child?
My child is of 2n half years old she is having fever vomiting n loose motion continuously..she eats or drinks anything immediately loose motion happens..doctor has recommended to give her ondem, ziti 100 and reflora still no effect ..what can I do now.
As per your query about vomiting and diarhea in your child who is 2 and half years old seems to be having stomach infection. I would suggest you to continue the prescribed medicines along with ORS in boiled water every hour. It will take some time to normalize gut flora. Till then, give very light khichdi in small amounts. Hydration of baby is very important. If still no recovery is seen, consult the pediatrician.
I hope this information helps. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Take care.
Regards, Dr. Jyoti Pandey
