What Causes Fever, Syncope, Headache, Loss Of Appetite And Lightheadedness?

I've been feeling sick since about Sunday night. It started with a loss of appetite and lightheadedness. I went home early from work the Monday because I felt really faint and out of it. I slept the majority of the day and had a very bad headache. Today (Tuesday) I woke up with a mild temp (100 degrees) and still felt very lightheaded, dizzy, and detached. I have no idea what it is. I don't want to go back to work until I figure this out because I work with kids and need to be focused and I'm pretty sure a visit to the doctor will only leave me with advice to sleep more and drink water... which I'm doing.
